Netserve Service Status

One of the core SMTP relay servers relay.nsnoc.com is currently out of action and waiting on an egineer assisted reboot.

Further updates will be provided shortly.

UPDATE 19:54

Services have been restarted and will be monitored for the next 24 hours. The server had failed to reboot due to a some file system corruption.

We are aware of climbing loads on the mail cluster. This will not cause any issues with transit at all, however you may be experiencing slower responses than usual for those using the pop1.nsnoc pool this afternoon. This should continue to die off as the afternoon continues.
