Christmas Holidays
Our offices close for the Christmas holidays from 4pm today 21st
December and will reopen on Wednesday 3rd January 2007
Staff will be present on 28th and 29th December for post
opening/accounting issues.
Technical support will be provided via email (support @ nsnoc.com)
throughout the Christmas holidays when we anticipate dealing with all
queries within a 48 hour turnaround period.
All servers and services are monitored 24/7 and engineers will be on
call to resolve any issues which may arise during the Holiday period.
We would advise customers to ensure that any domain names or services
which may require renewal over the Christmas holiday are renewed at
least 5 days before their expiry date during the holidays and that
invoices are paid by return to avoid delays in processing renewals.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers
